Enterprise and fintech operations, at JPMorgan and at billion dollar startups, before this.

50+

automations · shipped

Built for founders, makers and, before that, enterprise, and still running.

2–6

weeks · a build

From a written scope to a system you are running, not a prototype.

What this replaces

Your first ops hire, without the hire.

The work keeps landing on you because nobody else can do it: matching payouts, chasing the payment that failed, explaining to your accountant where the money went.

Each build takes one of those off you for good. It runs on its own, it's watched so it keeps running, and the monthly close carries on through Recouped.

Tyler Baugh

Founder of Digital Sprint and Recouped.

I spent ten years building operational systems inside organisations where a broken workflow is measured in headcount rather than in annoyance. At JPMorgan that meant automation that had to survive audit, compliance review, and people who had done the job by hand for twenty years. At the fintech startups after it, the same work at ten times the speed and a tenth of the process.

What both taught me is that the hard part is never the code. It is knowing which step of a process actually needs a person, and building the rest so it never asks for one. Money is where that matters most: the arithmetic has to be checkable, and the judgment has to stay with someone who can see what ran.

Now I do that for people who run small product companies and want the systems around them right without hiring a team. Software or something in a box; the money side behaves the same. Digital Sprint is the build studio of The Good Studio. Digital Sprint builds; Recouped keeps it reconciled.
